Asian Salmon Patties with Ginger Aioli

Asian Salmon Patties with Ginger Aioli

These Asian Salmon Patties with Ginger Aioli are a twist on my go-to recipe. I’ve always made salmon patties with seasonings such as dill, lemon, and panko bread crumbs (in my pre-paleo days).  But, I’ve had some ginger root staring at me for several days, so I decided to finally use it!  These patties are great on a bed of greens with a lime wedge and a thick slice of tomato.
