Chicken Bacon Sliders

Ground chicken has a tendency to become dried out sometimes, but not with these CHICKEN BACON SLIDERS! The addition of bacon and onion lends fat and moisture to an otherwise dud slider. Get creative with your spices…change it up each week…this is a versatile slider that can be eaten on the run, in a lettuce wrap, or crumbled over a salad.

Chicken Bacon Sliders


  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 5 slices uncured bacon, finely choppped
  • 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha or preferred hot sauce


  1. Combine ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  2. Form into 8 balls. Flatten to patties.
  3. Heat a grill on medium or an indoor grilling pan. Using a meat thermometer, cook to desired donesness temp.
  4. Enjoy!
