Elana's website was the first website that I felt game enough to try the recipes from when we were first going primal. Her recipes are so enticing and so easy that it made me want to try so many of them. I then ordered the book (Almond flour) for my best friend for her birthday. I then was able to look through the book and then promptly ordered it. The rest is now history!!!

  21. I have followed Elana's Pantry blog for years and have enjoyed many of her recipes. I own her other two books and her chocolate cake recipe never fails to get raves everywhere I take it. =) I would love to win a copy to give to someone else since I should receive my own tomorrow.

  22. I love the simplicity and ease of use of Elena's blog. I've found many a great recipe here that even people who aren't gluten free and Paleo can enjoy!

  23. I love all those veggie sides recipes! The one thing about blog sites is that no one ever posts what to have as a side with whatever I am making. SO, I just go there and match a side with dinner. It's awesome!

  28. I love the many recipes, seem easy enough, would love the book!!!

  29. Stephanie KL says:

Elana's Pantry was one of my first go-to sites when my family began eating paleo. Her Dark Rye Bread became the substitute for the "bread dunker" for our eggs. Recipes for cookies, crackers and other goodies were soon to follow. I can always rely on Elana's recipes for success. I know we would not be disappointed with Elana's latest endeavor, "Paleo Cooking" and I look forward to adding her creations to our family and guest menus.

  30. Elana was the first food blogger I ever visited. That was about 4 or 5 years ago and I have been one of her biggest fans ever since. She showed me how to cook gluten free when my husband became a diabetic and could no longer eat carbs. My life has been totally changed by her! Since then I've gone on to Paleo, following right behind her. I have 2 of her other cookbooks and would love to add this to my collection.

  85. I love Elana's recipes because she uses natural, and healthy ingredients that help me in controlling diabetes. Her recipes are not full of unhealthy ingredients, such as white and whole wheat flours, nor does she use white and brown sugars, all of which spike glucose levels. Agreed, agave syrup and honey does impact glucose levels, but they have a high nutritional value, and she doesn't use huge amounts of them in her recipes, which helps to keep my glucose lower than if she were to use white and brown sugars.
