After reading Danielle's transformation story, I was impressed by the means by which she pulled herself up from the depths. The phrase "you are what you eat" does ring true and as a follower of paleo eating, I can attest to the benefits I've experienced. I had by no means the illnesses experienced by Danielle but personally saw the difference.

I've made Danielle's Cashew Bread and will try the Easy Trail Mix. When looking for a recipe, I appreciate a picture of the finished product to seal the deal.

  44. I really like the personal story, and the success she has had. I have had a terrible four years of sickness and have tried countless treatments and diets, to no avail. So it is nice to hear a success story. There are so many ways that I can relate, as I was also a newlywed when I got sick, so I hope one day I can find what works for me too. I like the look of lots of the recipes, and would love to have her make some food for me, as I follow paleo and ALWAYS have to make my own food.
