- 3 cups pitted cherries
- juice of 1.5 limes
- 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. While cooking, smoosh the cherries against the saucepan with the back of a spoon. Set aside and let mixture cool.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Place in freezer until solid.
