- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, aminos, garlic, and salt. Set aside.
- Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet or wok. Add a teaspoon of water. Toss in bok choy. Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and uncover. Add vinegar mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add toasted sesame seeds as a garnish. Serve immediately.
