Steamed Bok Choy with Asian Dressing

I participated in Paleo Pen Pals month of August 2013 exchange. I received a bottle of Ume Plum Vinegar in my box. This is what I made with it!

Bok Choy with Asian Dressing



  1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, aminos, garlic, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet or wok. Add a teaspoon of water. Toss in bok choy. Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low and uncover. Add vinegar mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat. Add toasted sesame seeds as a garnish. Serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!
