Asian Swordfish for One (paleo & gluten-free)
I haven’t eaten swordfish in years, but saw this fillet at Trader Joe’s and decided to pick it up for lunch. The marinade is simple and I added a few slices of steamed sweet potatoes with a sprinkling of smoked paprika. It was so tasty and simple.
Asian Swordfish for One
Ingredients
Directions
- Whisk orange juice, coconut aminos, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and salt in a shallow bowl. Place swordfish in the bowl. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. If the liquid does not cover the fish, turn after 30 minutes.
- Heat a grilling pan over medium heat and drizzle with a little sesame oil. Cook swordfish for about 7 minutes per side (cooking times will vary slightly with the thickness of your fillet).
- Serve immediately with an optional lime slice.
- Enjoy!
