Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Would it surprise you that this sweet, yummy Blueberry Blast Smoothie contained a tomato, celery, and hazelnuts?!

Please, please don’t be afraid to throw some veggies or greens into your smoothie. It ups the nutritional value and the fruits really do mask any gardeny flavors you may taste. If you like green smoothies, check out my book, Paleo Green Smoothies!

Blueberry Blast SmoothieBlueberry Blast Smoothie


  • 1 small Roma tomato
  • 1 celery stalk, with top leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium, ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnuts
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk (homemade┬áis best!)


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Drink.
  3. Enjoy!
