Caramel-Toffee Apples
This is a recipe that is sure to be a kid-pleaser and also bring out the kid in the adults! So much fun to make ~ so much fun to eat!! (Note: you’ll need a candy thermometer for this recipe).

- Prep apples (washed, dried and sticks in the top). Place on a parchment paper lined dish.
- In a pot on medium-high heat, blend first eight ingredients. Heat until boiling and then maintain at "soft crack" on the thermometer for 15 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Swirl each apple in the caramel (continue to keep on low heat). Smooth out caramel along the side of the pot. Dip in nuts (optional). Place on parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to harden.
- Enjoy!
